Bankruptcy proceedings
In bankruptcy proceedings (csődeljárás) a creditor’s claim can only be registered if the registration fee has been paid. The fee is 1% of the claim, but at least HUF 10,000 and at most HUF 200,000.

Claims must be notified to the debtor and to the administrator within 30 days of the publication of the order opening the bankruptcy proceedings; claims arising after the starting date of the proceedings within 8 working days. The documents substantiating the claim must be attached and the registration fee paid at the same time. If the deadline is missed, no application for excuse is available and the claim will not be registered.
Liquidation proceedings
For liquidation proceedings, please pay the registration fee (1% of the amount of the claim, min. HUF 5,000, max. HUF 200,000) to the separate bank account managed by the Economic Office of the competent Court, referring to the court case number.
The property search fee (0.5% of the amount of the claim, min. HUF 5,000, max. HUF 40,0000) payable to the PALADINO Felszámoló Kft. must be transferred to the account No. 12010374-01732645-00300003 managed Raiffeisen Bank Zrt., indicating the name of the debtor company.
If you do not wish to pay the registration fee in the course of the liquidation proceedings and request the issuance of a declaration of irrecoverability, please transfer the amount of HUF 2,000.00 + VAT to account 12010374-01732645-00100009 managed by Raiffeisen Bank Zrt., referring to the name of the debtor company.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 26 of the current Cstv., the Debtor is obliged to set aside a reserve of at least HUF 150,000 for liquidation costs. Payment of the provision may be made to account no. 12010374-01732645-00400000 managed by Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. Please indicate the name of the debtor company in the notice for identification purposes.
